Serene Master Bedroom

We ve been loving adding some color to the house slowly but this room is mostly neutral with warm wood tones and small pops of color with blush and navy the combination feels very cozy and serene and we love it.
When designing this space i wanted to create a room that felt calm and cool with lots of natural light neutral colors and deep hues of blue. The woven rugs are also from restoration hardware and the sheepskin is serena lily. The large custom mirror and luminous white walls create an illusion of a larger master bedroom in this charlotte home designed by betsy brown. It was so much fun asking you to vote on which room reveal you wanted to see first since i couldn t decide.
This was an addition renovation for my clients who wanted to create a relaxing master suite. A serene master bedroom a giveaway posted on june 8 2016. Neutral palettes are super popular these days and we have even shared our favorite neutral paint colors. This room has been a work in progress for the past year.
Here is the master bedroom room reveal. It should be a relaxing respite at the end of a busy day uncluttered and surrounded by things that you love. They both lead very busy lives with their careers and young family and they wanted a bedroom that felt like a retreat. Your master bedroom should have a sense of calm designed in a soothing color palette complimented by decor that is serene and elegant.
