If not you may need to cut a tiger box and run that cabinet on it s own circuit.Cut the wire to length at the bottom and remove half an inch of insulation from the ends of the black and white wires in the cable. Are ran loose up the wall behind the kitchen units underneith the worktop then as it comes above the worktop its only then its chased in the wall and capped in is this method still acceptable. The draw back is you would have two separate power switches for your under cabinet lighting. The cabinet opposite the window poses a unique challenge.
Are you hanging a window valance or drapery there so you could easily hide the low voltage wire behind it.
