3rd Floor Master Suite

The third floor is where you will find the luxurious master suite.
An exercise room helps complete the master suite. We re going to keep the brick exposed and we ll be adding a custom railing that continues from the 3rd floor down to the 1st. Jan 9 2016 upstairs upgrade. Jennifer and steve hired our company to renovate their entire third floor.
The master bathroom includes a wet room his her vanities an enclosed toilet and a large walk in closet. Last but not least here s the entrance to the master suite. This space had remained. At the time it was an attic space that was largely unused.

We wanted to share each piece of this reno with you separately since there is so much work our team completed. This 3rd floor used.
